Find out more | Contact infoYou bought an iPhone because it was made by Apple and now are mad because Apple has decided that there arn't any more people buying their phones so they drop the price. What are you mad about? You already bought a phone that can't do much and over paid for it, and now you people are just publicly laughing at you anyway.
My iPaq does just as much as the iPhone and it's 1.5 years old now. Wireless? got it. Touch Screen? Got it, Email? Multiple choices of applications. MP3? Multiple mini-SD and micro-SD cards, all of the 3GB versions, or I can download or stream them. Pictures? Got that. Web Browser? Got that, YouTube? Got that. GPS? I got that, why don't you? Google Maps? Yawn, got that to. So what did you buy? A phone that is over priced and over rated and doesn't do a whole lot new except has no real buttons so you have to look at the phone to type instead of looking at something else and typing.
Just come out of the closet already and stop your crying.

IPhone sounds like a great deal. No provider choice, no third party apps. Even Microsoft never went that far, despite the lawsuits because of embedded IE in Windows. Why should an IPhone be treated differently?

HAHAHA, IPaq. I don't have an iPhone but I wouldn't brag about having an iPaq, those things were ugly monstrosities when they first came out, not they're ugly old monstrosities

iPAQ ! Ewww....how can you even compare a MasterPiece like the iPhone to that ugly device. Not everything depends on the features ! Its the GUI and the Multi-Touch thats the Killer Point of the iPhone !
It's just like choosing between a Zen Vision M and an iPod. Still people choose iPod cause of its interface and brand name !
And just take a look at the Sheer amounts of applications available even without an Official SDK ! Just image what'll happen once the SDK leaks or becomes official. Your iPaq will be left no where then !

My latest favorite - rolling into a bar in silicon valley and some fat dude with a striped hamburgler shirt is chillin at the bar nonchalantly thumb-rubbing his iPhone for half an hour hoping to god that someone looks past his pudgy sweaty fingers and says "Hay!... is that new iPhone??"

judging by you thinking, why buy a new one, because it allready has a keyboard, it has a battery, it has a display also. wow! so?
the answer is simple!
it’s new! new technology inside, the new redesigned case, a better performance.
some of us like to buy new “toys”. just like lil’ children.. probably worse than these..but anyways.

there allways have been people who blame something on something.. but don’t compare an iphone with a palm. they don’t look alike, but they’r functions are the same. so? it’s something else.
i never liked smartphones, palms, ipaq’s or whatever.
the iPhone is not so brilliant, i admit. but it’s something else. it’s different. i like it!
it’s easy, logic and functional. and everyting inside it’s connected in a sort of way.
check this instead! recieve an sms with a number, or an address. click on that and it will dial that or it will take you to google maps. as simple as that. just a click and boom!
let me challenge you: try do that on you palm

use a device but never blame another about they’r devices. i never blamed you of having a bad haircut or something.

Aetherius: My iPaq and Blackjack will both dial the sender of an SMS message, no big deal.
I never blamed the iPhone for anything, just the people who cry about theirs. Learn to read.
Lala: My iPaq runs linux, look it up, it's possible, if you knew anything about software or computers you would have known that.
I agree the iPhone is new, but it's nothing special. Don't care about it's edge only since I leave my blackjack as edge only. Saves battery life. I don't like it's lack of tactile response, but I need it.
