A jihad against Rainy day drivers

Rainy day drivers

So I've spent another 2 hours in my car because some guy in an SUV thinks that means he can whip through traffic in the rain at 90+ miles an hour. Well, now that guy's truck is upside down and he's in a neck brace. I really wish his head would have been savagely ripped off and rolled down the highway passed all the cars which were stopped in traffic. At least there would have been some entertainment while we sat, sucking up exhaust fumes.
