Find out more | Contact infoBloody shitty place to work. At the till, I have to ask if someone wants a cake with their coffee. They've just walked past the cakes and pastries (or stood next to them while waiting in a never-ending queue). If the customer wanted a cake they would ASK for it!!!!

The point, Tom, is ...patronising customers by asking they want a cake or not is something I don't care for. It's nothing more than big business trying to earn a couple more pennies on every sale. Some people just want a cup of fucking coffee without a barrista asking if they want to spend even more money on mass-produced cakes.
