It is interesting that the federal government provides a single refugee with a monthly allowance of $1,890.00 and each can also obtain an additional $580.00 in social assistance for a total of
$2,470.00/month.
This compares very well to a single pensioner who after contributing to the growth and development of America for 40 to 50 years can only receive a monthly maximum of $1,012.00 in old age pension and Guaranteed Income Supplement.
Maybe our pensioners should apply as refugees!

Perhaps you should have made a distinction between immigrants and refugees (not all immigrants are refugees and vice versa, not to mention your entire country was built on the foundations of immigration).
I can pretty much guarantee you that not even for that amount of social security dollars would I trade places with most refugees - most chances are that neither would you.

You ignorant bastards. The Social Security Administration estimates that 3/4 of illegal immigrants pay taxes, even though they don't have to. They're certainly not getting the benefits from taxes. Most economists agree that illegal immigration brings in huge net benefits to the US. SO GET A FUCKING CLUE.
