Add a commentEver since Sprint merged with Nextel they have been the worst company ever! I used to love Sprint, but they have completely shifted from being customer friendly to a policy of F U. They constantly lie and run up my charges and I have to call monthly to "correct their mistakes" and they refuse to give me deals or discounts like they used to even though I've been with them for 7 years. Well F*#k You Sprint, when my contract ends I'm going with AT&T!!!!

They took our money but provided no service. Their stores refused to take back the crap. Lost the returned equipment. Blamed Fed Ex then blamed us. Sent in the bill collectors. Many hours on the phone over many days. Who needs this?
