my jihad is against the call centres, who ,when they are not trying to annoy the hell out of us with thier insanely infuriating robotic answer phones ..." dial 3 for..." at which point they completely cut you off nd start playing the ' on hold ' music which usually tends to be a quartet of violins which sounds like several cats being strangled, they put you through to a call center in India with thousands of call recievers none of which speak english other than "we are sorry for you waiting...or...we are now going to have to put you on hold (for the thousandth time).." god damm you infuriating people....
