Find out more | Contact infoI HATE online applications. It's ridiculous, you can't just walk into a place with resume in hand any more and talk to someone. No, you have to "go to such and such website and fill out our specialized custom application which takes 2 fucking hours which after you finish we will precede to ignore." WHAT THE HELL?!?! Would it not be easier to MEET
the people you want to employ? Any crazy idiot can fill out an online application. Here's to you, dumbasses.

Yes i strongly agree why they do'nt provide an upload utility from there ppl can upload there resume instead of wasting there time.

Yeah, but we need to weed out all the people we probably *don't* want to employ, like people who find it too burdensome to fill out a simple online job app.

Simple online job app? Those of us who have resumes go to a lot of time and trouble to make them relevant to the jobs we wish to apply for. We show you important traits like whether we can spell and correctly use grammer and will take the time to make an interesting and informative resume worthy of being considered. We show you our education and abilities. Clicking on multiple choice boxes that ask 'if you found a $20 bill in your store ,what would you do with it' type
questions. I do not believe you can judge character or honesty with a lot of meaningless boxes that are all too easy to lie to.
There are intelligent hard workjing people out there who need to work for you. How about the respect for them that you believe you deserve.
