Add a commentThe business is Grand Pacific Homes Wollongong Australia has acted outside of the council specifications for how they are allowed to operate. Here are some facts for you about at a recent development. There , neighboring land owners land were illegally possessed by this business in the form of having their land fenced with out their permission. Grand Pacific Homes locked out of their own land!!!
There are times they are not allowed to work but they did work longer hours than they were allowed to with out any permission given from the citycouncil.
Then a neighbors land next to the development was almost collapsed by their digger who was too close & then even when the council wrote to this business they must have a temporary wall put up to stop the damage to the land from the digging they did nothing and no wall put up for over 2 months. And the business at multi times threw the building rubbish across private land leaving the owners to clean it up & cut into local road and removed a local road sign & then leaving it on the ground. And of course they never admitted that they did it & left it up to the council to fix it. They did not control the loose dirt from their work sight and so let it run all over the land of neighbors to clean up. And road outside of the building area is already being wrecked by their trucks. When locals complained instead of fixing it they sent a bad legal letter to the complainers who made complaints about them & accused them of false acts even when there was no proof at all of anything just to divertattention away from their own wrong doings & to bully them into being mute. All they did was state the truth &no body shall not remain silent about what is the truth which can be backed up with evidence. What we have told you is all true.
What they are doing is wrong and the world deserves to know.
